Questions

How does a website subscription work?

You pay one monthly fee instead of a big amount up front. That fee covers the design and build, the hosting, and a set number of hours each month for changes and improvements. The site isn't finished at launch. We keep working on it with you.

What counts as a change?

Anything you'd like done to the site: a new page, a new section, a form, a tweak to the design, connecting a tool. Small things take minutes. If something is bigger than your monthly hours, we quote it first and you decide.

Do you guarantee rankings?

No, and be careful of anyone who does. We guarantee the work: fast pages, a clean structure, correct structured data, a sitemap Google can read and local SEO done properly. Then we show you what it's doing every month.

I already have a website. Can you take it over?

Usually we rebuild it, because that's where the speed and search gains come from. We keep what's working: your content, your links and your rankings. Old addresses are redirected so nothing breaks.

Can I update the site myself?

Yes. Words, photos, prices, opening hours and blog posts are all edited in a simple editor. You don't need us to fix a typo, though you're welcome to ask.

Do you only work in Johannesburg?

We're based in Johannesburg and work with businesses all over South Africa. Most of the work happens on video calls and in a shared design file, so distance doesn't matter.
